Returns & Refund Policy

As Glowy Interiors, we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. At Glowy, it’s OK to change your mind.

 

To arrange a postal or courier return, please use our returns tool and you'll be taken through how to complete your return using your order number and email address.

 

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange or gift tender (gift card or e-gift card) to the value of the lowest-selling price for the returned goods will be offered.

 

Change of mind

 

Please ensure your return is sent back in the original packaging and in the condition it was sent. Otherwise, regretfully your return will not be accepted.

 

Purchases must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item.

 

For Furniture items, please contact the Customer Service Team and they will arrange to collect the furniture from you. A collection charge will apply to all furniture returns

 

For Specialist delivery items, please contact the Customer Service Team and they will arrange a collection from you. A collection charge will apply

 

For Parcel items please return your order completing all necessary details requested on the returns form. Parcel Items can be returned in the follow ways.

 

If the item has not been returned in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or to deduct up to 90% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

 

Faulty items

 

We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase, please contact us on +447704376533 (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 5pm; Sunday 10am to 4pm), or via email on services glowy@glowyinteriors.co.uk  to arrange a return (via our normal procedure), exchange, or refund. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item. If it is more convenient for you, we can arrange to have the faulty item collected free of charge within the UK mainland.

 

If a fault develops outside of the 14-day return period, or the item is difficult to package and return, contact us using the above details before you return the item, so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward. Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information page, or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.

 

If a gift you receive is faulty, please arrange for the purchaser to contact us using the above details, and we will order a replacement.

 

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. A refund will be offered regardless if the goods are faulty.

 

Cancelling an Order

 

You may cancel an order at any point prior to delivery. If we have not already despatched the order you will be refunded in full. If, however, we have already despatched the order you will not be refunded for the delivery charge and will be responsible for any return postage.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • - We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • - We do not deliver to your area;
  • - The manufacturer has discontinued the goods.

Your order contains a product identified as having a pricing or product description error

 

International Returns

 

While we offer delivery for parcel items across mainland Europe and the rest of the world, we are unable to coordinate item returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to organize international returns including payment for any delivery charges incurred.

Items excluded from returns

 

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have a right to return the following/cancel your order in respect of: products that are made to your unique specification or that are personalized for you, such as items bearing your name, initials, or products sealed for health protection, or hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.

 

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • - Furniture items that have been purchased as ex-display
  • - Mattresses, duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, mattress toppers, and pillow protectors if the sealed packaging has been opened
  • - Toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken

 

Returning a gift

 

An item that was received by you as a gift can be returned for an exchange only. You can return the item to our warehouse, for a refund. However, we are unable to arrange an exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased, please note, that an email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the refund is completed. This does not affect the purchaser's legal rights.

Governing Law

 

If you are a consumer, please note that these general terms and conditions, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these general terms and conditions, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
